Bright Beam provides automation consulting and implementation services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for any project will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement between Bright Beam and the client.

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Promotional offers and marketing messages (with your consent)
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, typically up to 5 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to all messages sent and received. Bright Beam is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.
Opt-Out: You can cancel SMS messaging at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply with any of these keywords: STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, CANCEL, or QUIT. Upon receiving your opt-out request, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent.

6. Payment Terms

Bright Beam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific services giving rise to the claim
We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to deliver high-quality automation solutions, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
9. Indemnification

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the applicable service agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our website at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Missouri.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
